Our contact information is in the top right corner of every page. Please phone (1-888-808-8849 toll-free in USA and Canada), email, fax or even mail a note to ask about availability, price or other details for an original painting or about sizes and pricing for a giclée.
We will need to know where you are located (Country, Province/State, City/County) and, if we are unable to speak with you immediately, whether you would prefer we phone, email or fax you back with the artwork information you need. If you are asking about a giclée we will also need the code number given on the gallery image of the painting.
Shipping and applicable taxes are included in the cost of an original painting. Shipping charges are added to the cost of giclées and will be quoted at the time of purchase. If you have a preferred shipper and provide us with your shipping account number we we will happily use them for your shipment. Otherwise we will use our preferred shipper.
Shipments outside of Canada may incur import duties applicable to your country. These duties are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the shipper on delivery. International delivery can take up to 21 days due to customs delays.
If you are ordering art work(s) you DO NOT send us your credit card information. This is not a secured e-commerce website. We will call you for the number or invoice you through PayPal for you to pay securely online with your credit card.
Once we obtain credit card authorization for your artwork purchase, we can usually ship fairly promptly. You will be phoned with the date, carrier and tracking information when the artwork is being shipped. Alternative payment arrangements such as a bank draft may be made by phone.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If your art work purchase does not meet your expectations contact us immediately to arrange return undamaged. This MUST be done within 14 days. We will refund the purchase cost less the cost of shipping. You must arrange for and pay for the return shipping.
